Days 1–15: pick one program
Choose a skill the strategy needs this year and a group of a few hundred people who need it. Agree the target level and how you'll know the program worked. Keep it small enough to watch closely.
Days 16–30: connect and prepare
Connect sign-in through your identity provider and, if you want, launch Nodx from your LMS. Bring in the frameworks, policies and content the agents should use. Brief the managers of the people in the program.
Days 31–75: run the pilot
The agents interview each person, place them on the staircase and start the loop. Watch levels move week by week, and check in with managers as missions begin.
Expect some people to move fast and others to need more practice. That difference is the point: each person gets what they need.
Days 76–90: review and decide
Review what moved with your leaders: levels, evidence, and what managers saw in real work. Decide which program comes next and who it's for.
What to keep from your LMS
Keep the catalog, the compliance tracking and the reports people already rely on. The agents can use your content, and levels can flow back into your LMS. You're adding development, not replacing infrastructure.
