Six development levels
Every skill is climbed the same way: six levels in three master levels, each built on the knowledge of the one below. Agents place each person on it, and move them up it.
The staircase
Each master level builds on two kinds of knowledge, and shares one with the level below. Nobody skips a step.
What it looks like for your people
The same six levels, for one skill in each use case.

How a person is placed, and moved up
A level is never a guess. It's measured at the start, proven in practice, and confirmed on real work.
- 01
Placed at the start
The Assessment Agent asks questions answered in the person's own words, and places them on the staircase for each skill.
- 02
Proven in practice
Every lesson, simulation and roleplay adds evidence. A level is held only when the evidence says so.
- 03
Confirmed on real work
At the top, the work itself is the proof, and the manager confirms the level with the evidence in front of them.
