AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI models based on your inputs ("AI-Generated Content") is owned by you, subject to these terms. However, you acknowledge that:

• AI-Generated Content may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-Generated Content
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-Generated Content before use
• AI-Generated Content should not be considered professional advice

Our Intellectual Property

NODE and its underlying technology, including but not limited to:

• The platform software, user interface, and design
• Our AI models, algorithms, and machine learning systems
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Documentation, training materials, and methodologies
• Data structures, databases, and system architectures

are owned by The Learning Technology Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary technology.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content and any consequences of uploading or using it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

NODE offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen billing cycle
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
