The workshops are in English, Arabic or Romanian. The scorecard and the exam are in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian and Spanish.
Where do the workshops take place?
At your offices or plant, in sessions of up to 24 people. A session is one day, or two half days.
Where do you run the program?
In Europe, the Americas, the GCC, Asia and Australia. Nodx leads it in Europe and the Americas, The Learning Initiative in the GCC, Asia and Australia.
Can we start with just the scorecard?
Yes. One scorecard covers all three levels, so you can book training only where the report shows it's needed.
Can we send a whole team to the workshop?
Yes, including managers the scorecard shows are ready. Some companies train a leadership team together, so everyone works to the same rules.
Do our managers need to be technical?
No. The program is built for managers outside tech: plants, quality, supply chain, finance, HR. They work on their own tasks, in plain language.
What if someone fails the exam?
They can take it two more times, free. Those who skipped the workshop can take it before they try again.
How long does a certificate last?
A year. A short online test renews it, so it stays current as AI changes.
Can others check a certificate?
Yes. Each certificate has its own ID, and a badge anyone can verify online.
What does the company get?
A report on your managers: their results at each level, the risks and opportunities in their answers, and who needs which training. As they progress, it shows who trained and who's certified.
Does the EU AI Act require this certification?
No. The AI Act asks companies to take measures that support their people's AI literacy, and it doesn't require a certificate. The program is one such measure, and its report documents it.
How is the program priced?
